This game was made for the 2024 Confounding Calendar https://confoundingcalendar.itch.io/

So, huh. Just play the game, use cursor buttons to move around , R to restart, Z to undo. Escape to go to the menu interface and maybe restart from the beginning. There are mechanics in this game, but I think you'll be able to do just fine by playing the game rather than my explaining them here.

Thanks to david-pfx for continuing to maintain Puzzle Script Next . I really doubt I'd still have the patience to continue working with vanilla PS.

Thanks to the organizers of the Confounding Calendar. And sorry for making it a rather large box pushing puzzle, which is exactly the thing they suggested not to do.

Also thanks to jcGyo for a bug report and Sévan for playtesting and suggestions.

Nice Puzzle!
If you are looking for an extra challenge, try solving it without using two of the spaces below the purple and clear blocks. :)

Nice but I had hard time to finish due to 5 seconds or more response time every 10 moves for the second half.... otherwise I liked it : interesting mechanics, not too hard.

Sounds like a puzzlescript next bug. What browser are you on?

I use Firefox

figuring out the top right twist made me feel like the smartest space cowboy, not least because I totally failed to solve it yesterday 🚀

same here

unbelievably good puzzle design, that last section is one of my favourites of this year's CC

That's the intended solution.

Awesome! :D

I honestly liked how the last room was relatively easy, getting through the bottleneck of the second-to-last room was satisfying enough

I liked this one, especially how the difficulty ramps up!

I liked it, despite the progress checkpoints. I honestly think the puzzle difficulty has suffered because of that restriction, but whether or not that's a good thing is debatable.https://rot13.com/ V qrsvavgryl yvxrq gur vagregjvarqarff bs gur ebbzf, ubj rirel ebbz nsgre gur ghgbevny bar trgf hfrq va gur yngre barf. gur ynfg frpgvba qrsvavgryl pnhtug zr bss thneq, V frr jul gurer'f ab purpxcbvag gurer (nygubhtu V jvfu gurer jnf) overall, great game! interesting idea for snail boxes, I know a completely different snail + sokoban game exists, so the way this mechanic was implemented is definitely very unique and interesting.

I still have no idea what the ending is referencing, I'm assuming it is related to the character somehow. By the way, I really liked the art style and animations!

The ending text references Cowboy Bebop, an anime, but why it's referencing that I do not know.

woo I did it :D

fun! clever movements in the top right
