A puzzle game originally made for the first Thinky Puzzle Game Jam.

There are 11 levels.

This seems to be a palace, there's elephants in the rooms and they want to be happy. How to make elephants happy? With hats. Party hats specifically. There are other hats, but they do ... other things.

Great puzzles! The Hat Collection was my favorite, though I think it has multiple solutions.
